Teltonika FM1100

Hace un mes que venia con este mismo problema, en 8 equipos fm1100, comprado en febrero.
De a poco se corta la señal gps, y 0 satelites.
La solucion la encontre hace 4 dias, actualice el Firmware con la ultima versión que me ha
pasado Teltonika, y en los 3 fm1100 que actualice, se ha solucionado. Funciona normal

on all FM1100 that show lost of GPS satellite connections we have firmware Ver:01.10.17 Rev:6. Even on FM1100 that are in vehicles connected to CAN BUS we installed firmware Code Ver:43.02.01. Unfortunatelly this problem was solved only after replacement of GPS antennas.

well, when i have read this thread and heard from Baltika that he also heard about this from some of his customers i just mailed our Teltonika sales Guy and asked him :-) Simple or?

I have no idea what was wrong but typicaly its some problem of cable/soldering etc...

Teltonika offers me to work with the new generation of FM 11XX (1110 & 1120).

Can you confirm me that the protocols and Port (20412) are the same we used already with the FM 1100 to connect to Wialon ?

Estoy utilizando  el out 1, para el corte de motor y no logro activar o desactivar a través de la plataforma; solo me funciona a través de sms enviados por teléfono. Como hago para activar o desactivas desde la plataforma??

Also i dont understand any word of your text :-) i will try to answer you:

easiest way:
1.)deactivate sleep mode in FM11 and let the device send all 4 minutes a "hello here i am" message to Wialon.
2.) create 2 commands via TCP! with "setdigout 00" for deactivate DOUT1 and "setdigout 10" for activating DOUT1
3.) dont forget that DOUT1 is a open collector output = you dont have PLUS voltage at the output BUT GROUND if DOIUT=1, so you need to use a relais!!!

By the way, maybe you need latest firmware for the FM11... older Firmware does not support GPRS commands.

Orlando is wondering about out 1 for Teltonika fm1100, for blocking the engine. The command is sent only via sms from the telephone, and is not sent from the platform.

milleniumpower, ok, did you activated eco-driving features in Features/Scenarios/Green Driving section of configurator. Are you seeing param253 in messages?

If this is light vehicle you can start with 0.3g for acceleration and 0.4g for braking.
