Are you able to develop a feature so that once one loads an sms bundle for a client, we can create a notification to be sent to the client notifying them when their bundle is nearly done?
Example:
Load 200 sms's. Client gets notified each time 50 sms's are used?

There is no such option currently - to achieve the needfull you should - perform the login and get the statistics, after that your own separate application should compare previous data on the number of available messages with current one - if the level drops for a desired quantity - you send an alert.
