Hello!

Access denied often means some issue in access rigths in hieraryr or with billing services
So try to check access ritghts for users in hierary, also tokens rights
Also please check time parameters  ("timeFrom" ,"timeTo") in request, they should have valid value

rights are correct over the token.

client informs they use: timeFrom=1574964526&timeTo=1574964560

Please provide via PM  full example of requests  : login (token value), then full request create_messages_layer
