Video monitoring in Wialon

Dear Gurtam team,

The option minimapa more like the customers.
I have to add that in addition to the video, could also include the snapshots (images) that a device sends to the server.
I have customer queries that use Smartwitness KP1 that have asked me about this possibility.

I have another question. Normally the mdvr points to a dedicated video server that will allow detailed analysis of the video files on a video analysys tool like  CMSV6. Typically also the video footage can be downloaded via 3G to view. If the mdvr is pointed to Wialon server how will the histroric data be viewed and downloaded. I am not sure how this will work. Can a member of Wialon team explain this to me. I hope my question make sense.

     I'm testing 1 unit of Hero-ME41-04 on your hosting (beta) and have questions below.
1. The detail of parameters.
    Could you share the detail of device parameters? (attached Hero-ME41-04-Parameter.png)?
2. Cannot download VDO.
     According to the specification of VDO download command that the maximum of duration is 20 seconds.
I found that the VDO could not be downloaded if I set the duration more than 16 sec. I'm not sure it is the device problem or software bug. Could you please check?
3. Online VDO monitoring
    It seems the function "Online VDO monitoring" for this device type does not finish yet. Could you tell me a rough schedule when you will finish it?

hhamedk We know that Servision video devices support connection to Calamp trackers.
Haven't tested this solution in Wialon yet.
But if you are intrested in it, please clarify the detailes about your project to hw@gurtam.com
We can discuss testing process and integration more detailed.

     Thank you very much for your reply. Sorry for the question doesn't clear.In 2) I mean downloading VDO from internal memory.
The Timezone setting is same (+07:00 in a device, 420 min in device setting on hosting). I already wrote an email to HW team with necessary information.

Looking at how media is downloaded and saved.

we would like the media to be saved using the unit name as opposed to the code that appears while saving.(see attachment)

it is hard to identify media if you do not remember the unit name.

Can the system capture the unit name automatically as we save the media?

Please consider setting up jobs for media reports. At the moment it is not possible so i was advised to write it on the forum.
