if you can get at the data you may be able to use an external device, Intel Edison or Qualcom Dragon board to capture it and then using IPS push it into Wialon.

Is it  Necessary to use teltonika modem for send GPRS command?
how to use GPRS command? how to send GPRS command to device?

After upgrade firmware in FM5300, device cannot works well.
Anyone have a firmware to this device that can share?
