I'm having trouble using GPRS Commands on Teltonika FM5300, I tried to use a simple one likes #GET VERSION but the system show me that there isn't available command, if somebody have any idea how to use it? Could you help me?

I have problem like this with FM1100 . Problem is cause firmware for retail is not support GPRS command .
contact teltonika for special firmware and configulator tool .
Yes, we already ask for it before, but the manual says that FM5300 has GPRS available.
Actually do you use FM1100 with gprs command? We need to send commands by TPC and it's very important to know if FM works from 1100 until 5300 because we use 4 different models.

GPRS commands can only be sent when the unit is connected to Wialon in a session otherwise the target IP of the device is not known. If the session does not exit you need to send an SMS.

If you would like to have the communication protocol you should request only to manufacturer
Also what is model FM300 ? it's not from Teltonika.

the correct ones are FM5300 and FM3300, and yes i want the communication protocols so we can some test on local server, actually Teltonika is a very hard company to work with...

ye, I know...But only the manufacturer can provide a official communication protocol

I have teltonika fm5300 and there is no option to upload cfg if I set it up like fm42 then there is an option for sending cfg but when device is connected this command is not availible.

as i know upload of configuration is ONLY possible via a little tool, Eduard Vald from GoGPS developed.
Maybe you ask him, he is the specialist in Teltonika remote CFG Upload.

Configuring Teltonika FM5300, FM4100, FM4200 devices via TCP/IP is now available in Wialon.
The process of configuring via TCP includes the following stages:
1) the server (Wialon) sends a binary SMS to the device.
2) the device connects to the server (Wialon) to receive configuration.
3) the server (Wialon) sends configuration to the device.
4) the device breaks the connection.
User must create SMS command Upload configuration (upload_cfg) in Wialon and upload a configuration file while creating or sending the command.
Configuration file must have a certain format described in the Instruction on configuring via TCP the link to which is placed on FM5300 page on www.gurtam.com:

Do you know of any rfid reader device that works with fm5300 and winlon? I tried using one that emulates 1wire, but it sends id information only in 1% of cases.

I am trying to get FM5300 connected to my server via UDP.
I am getting the data at the server, but the problem for me is that the device always sends the previously read data also.
As per the documentation,the server need not acknowledge the data if the packet type is 1.
Also, I have a doubt in sending the acknowledgement. what should be sent as acknowledgement?
I am using PHP at the server.

its very easy: just contact your local Teltonika Employe to provide you with actual protocol documentation.
I dont think that Gurtam / or Gurtam Partners will help you in creating a competition platform ;-)

by the way, for those who want to add the protocol: the costs is only one time fee of 200 Euro! you should spend that and get support for that... much cheaper than pirated copies of old protocols and re-engineering it!
