I have a test account and have couple of trackers on it.
I set up a new user called Steve ( no the real login name) I gave Steve manage access on the 2 trackers.
i logged out of the test account an tried to login as Steve. It said username password invaild.
Do I need to do anything else to activate the account?

you can create new users at demo account. I've just checked and it works fine. Please check the following:
1. how you type login and password
2. if Enabled option is activated at user's properties

I tried again and found that the username is case sensitive!

I had about the same thing .. but, with a password. I had to drop it three times.
In start I was having problem to log in but phenq amazon it is ok now this is login in first attempt.
