[Question to Gurtam] UTC Time Zone

Hi,

At the moment, Wialon platform requires that all hardware MUST be configured on Time Zone UTC=0. This is fine for most trackers.

THE PROBLEM
=============

We use DV03, a 2-in-1 GPS Tracker and MDVR and we face the following problem.

- Position Data Problem : If we set the UTC to +8 (our time zone), Wialon is not able to handle messages (position data) from tracker correctly
- Current Time on MDVR Problem : If we set the UTC to 0, the on-screen watermark on the MDVR will show current time stamp according to UTC 0.

I'd request that wialon adds the ability to handle UTC according the actual time zone to solve the above problem.
