Тема: Strange "wrong password" problems

Hi Guys,

anybody else, who has little "session"-Id Problems with Login?

If i move my computer from one IP-Network to another or get a timeout or get a new ip adress it was always so, that i just enter Username and password and can login.

Now it is so, that i need to delete manualy the session-id-string from browser and than reload the page, only after that i can login again.

i can repeat this and we also got customer calls with the same problem.

Maybe it has to do with the new auth-system?

Hello, Wolf.

Just tried to recreate your issue and neither on a MAC not on WIn and Linux there were no issues found.
Please, send us some screenshots to support@gurtam.com to try and recreate the problem.

Hi Sergey,

its really strange, i tried here now to repeate it by changing IP adresses via VPN but here it works.

Maybe it has todo with changing of IP and timeout of cookie or so. Lets see, i am going today to Switzerland, trying there again, If its again a problem, i will do screenshots.

I agre with wolf specially with Chrome we have problems it does not recognize the pass ,

as a solution you can use "Remember" flag before the login but an update on this issue should be coming soon.

We started having problems after the last upgrade.. We need to use CTRL+F5 to clear the cache and then log back in and after that for the session it works OK. But on the next session log in have to do the same thing.
