anybody can help me to connect VCSTS-8 with wialon fleet software ? I need to try first before i decide to buy wialon standart. thanks

at first please make sure that tracker's settings are correct

Then you can provide me unit's ID and i'll check if any messages were received from it.

yes, i already set sever IP : 77.74.50.78:4994, my unit's ID is 06285730125329. The LED on the unit worked such GPS Signal, GSM Signal and GPRS Connection, but I checked on wialon (my free trial login) still haven't update data. Please help me on this case. I am really need to know if wialon standard can control my VCSTS-8.

it's all ok with your tracker. Just remove the leading zero from unit's ID and you'll see messages.

dear duig, yes i found my gps unit. But the problems are realtime position not update. I registered 2 GPS units, there are VCSTS-8's ID 6285730125329 and VCSTS-8S's ID 6285732220326. The VCSTS-8 real time location is correct but VCSTS-8S is incorrect (on the sea). I put on one vehicles for that two units. its should be on the same location. How to solve this problem?

Well, do you mean that the first device is "VCSTS-8", and the second - "VCSTS-8S"?
If "VCSTS-8S" uses a different protocol, we can't guarantee that it will work as "VCSTS-8".
(unit is stationary = units is not moving now)

Dear duig, they have a same protocol. they already gave me a correct location. but now, the problem is how to update the newest real time location ? VCSTS-8 updated 1 day 12 hours ago and VCSTS-8S updated 18 hours ago. As I know if I need a real time position, gps unit give me at least 30 minutes ago of position. How to solve this problem ? do you have skype id ? thanks.

now your unit is sending messages. They are not real-time but from black box.
Here are some of them from the logs (time in GMT+2):

version of Wialon doesn't matter in that case. Our server's time is correct. Check your unit's date/time settings or try to clear black box if there is such option.

Trackers can store some amount of messages in their memory when there are problems with sending data.
Make sure that time in your trackers is set to GMT+0.
One of your units is sending near to up-to-date messages now:
