Native Wialon client application for Android & iOS is in the alpha-testing stage in the moment and upcoming public release scheduled for february.
The interface looks like:
Among application features are fast access for units localization on the map and fast access to movement history, already splitted into trips/stays/fillings/thefts.
I love the New App this will be Great we Tested the Android and are looking forward to testing the IOS

Yep, speed should be avaible when you examining details of selected unit information.

I just download the IOS version but the MAP Type in Options it's always show Gurtam Maps, I setup to Google, I enter again and show Gurtam Maps again, Am I doing something wrong?
After you select a different map in the Settings, you need to click on a check mark in a circle in the upper right corner before going back to the Map or Units view.
I have ignition sensors on my units but the ignitions signs are not shown on the iOS app.
Is there an special adjustment we have to make to them so they are shown in the iOS app?

after a half hour of playing with the new IOS Wialon App i start to like it ;-) especialy the trip report which is automaticaly included.
what i am missing is the possibility to show the "name" of the unit on the map. Just showing the symbols is not enough. It would be perfect if it would be possible to choose if symbol or text should be shown. (did not find option for it).

This looks like it will develop into a great application. Congratulations to the development team.
Is there any thinking of having a capability to show sensor data, like sensolator, in the client. We are working on using Sensolator for terminal and service station visualization and it would be great to be able to show like sensors on a single page. The same is true for refrigeration customers they want to see all of the temperature sensors on one page rather than by truck.
When will notification visualization be available in the client?

If by "live tracking" you mean updating units' location as new messages come, it actually exist in the application.
Concerning the sensors, you can see their values in the section INFO.

For live tracking i am looking for a track trail if that is possible to show say the last 5 locations (great if we could set the number that we see). Also I saw in the weblog that if we click on the unit icon we should see information about the unit in the tool tip. On my Samsung S5 clicking the map icon does not bring up any tool tip.
I assume that the info section has the last received sensor values. This is great for single units but what i was looking for was to see multiple sensors of the same type, eg temperature, on a single page.
Also will we be able to select groups rather than individual units ?

Not in the plan.
For multiple sensor monitoring - special task - I suppose the best way is to use Sensolator. It should work fine from your mobile and you can goto there directly after login window if you'd like (just ask support how).

gsvas, just use normal web-based version for this. It is specially adopted for mobile platforms as well.
I have been trying to get this feature to work I have updated to the latest IOS version but cant seem to see how the grouping works
The clustering of units on the map is now a new option, which will automatically provide information on the number of assets upon scaling. After clicking on the cluster icon – the workgroup shall appear, and after clicking on the unit from the workgroup – the unit’s profile shall automatically pop up.

I also wanted to comment on after the latest update for the IOS you have added a great feature which is the name of the Unit on the Map customers are going to love this what I have noticed is that the effect on the lettering makes it very hard to read I use an Iphone 6 Plus and it is hard to see the letters clearly I believe this is something that may be solved by using a different or eliminating the effects on the letters

I have tried testing the Commands feature on the Latest IOS app and have not been able to get this feature to work properly I am using my main administrative account which has no restrictions on executing commands but the command appears on the App but does not allow me to send it
Please let me know what you suspect I am doing wrong

The clustering of units on the map (that is described in the webblog) is implemented in Android version of Wialon Client. It will be avaliable on IOS version in next release.
In mobile version we support just some types of comands: Query position, Block engine, Unblock engine, Query DDD file, Query snapshot, Send custom message, Send message to driver. May be you tried to use unsupported command.
And about the font on the map: we will review this issue and try to solve it
I appreciate the feedback and will anxiously wait for the next update for the clustering the customer will love this feature

It works properly, you can make sure of this in Wialon Hosting on Messages panel "Send commands" type. Indicating of successful/unsuccessful sending is comming soon
