Hi,
1. Please indicate if you have support for Enfora MT mobile tracker and what is the IP and port addresses, since i can't find them in your hardware list.
2. What is the subscription cost after the trial period.

I used below conf to setuo on my enfora:
IP 77.74.50.78
port: 20122
and set my uniq ID to the IMEI.
Yet I cant find the device on the Wailon portal.
Meanwhile whenever i changed it to enfora test server : "udpapi.enfora.com" and "1721", I could interact successfully with the device.
Right now the device is pointed to "77.74.50.78" and "20122", is there a way i can know if Wailon is receiving data from my device or where i can write some AT Command to be sure I'm online with wailon.

I have pointed the enfora to the IP and port appropriatly yes i could not see the device on Wailon portal

Its set to UDP already.
Your response time was too slow for me and does not encourage positive decision towards your service.
Anyway I have since pointed away the device to another IP, give me time that you want to look at the traffic, I will redirect the traffic to your IP so I can begin the test.

Do you mean the IP the telco assign to it after UDP attach is made? Yes I know it.
Should I send it?
Added after 6 minuts 38 seconds:
I have redirected it your IP and port. You should see traffic coming there by now (every 60 seconds of data).
So how do I see the mapping your portal?

bemas, this is not ext IP. Can you set send interval to 2-3 seconds for detecting device?

I have set it to 3 seconds.
Note:the device unique ID is "veh561", don't look for IMEI.
maybe that why you are not seeing it yet. Let me know if you see somethings

bemas, believe me, I did nothing.
May be you just put correct unique id in the unit settings.

did u have the exact model?
were this info not useful? (http://gurtam.com/en/gps_tracking/gps_h … =skypatrol)
some Enfora units are labeled as skypatrol (distribuitor)
