We did started with Hosting a year ago, after several months of demos and trials from the competitors. Wialon Hosting was the most closest to our requirements, and we are happy since then as we are sure we made the right choice.

Pros
- Service availability is close to be perfect
- UI is easy to learn and use
- Monitoring concepts are well defined and the company way if doing things is easy to get used to.
- Plenty of features and customization modules that can cover a variety of needs.
- Complex administration module that allows to grant detailed rights
- A wide selection of supported devices
- Offered support is of a good quality
- When issues are slipped into production, they are fixed quickly (usually 1 day)
- An experienced community on forum, multiple problems were solved here

Don't have Cons that deserve to be mentioned, only minor things.

Personal point of view: Wialon Hosting can cover a wide variety of gps monitoring and fleet management needs and it is a quality product deserving to be recommended. If you can provide additional details on the desired usage, we might be able to provide you a better feedback.
