Тема: How to create Connection loss report

Hi,

I want to know that how can i make connection loss report.Right now i am facing so much problem with the connection  loss report because sometime what happens device had no valid GPS signal,in this case tracking device sends the same coordinates which he had capture when there was last valid GPS and the duration of this invalid GPS coordinates comes in the connection loss report which is not good.

I need to create that kind of report in which only  show the report for the duration in which there was no messages on the wialon from the tracking device.

Please Suggest.

Hello

A report Connection Problems (of connection lose) shows when connection with server or satellites was lost
It shows interval between time when connection was lose and time when connection was restore

Also you can use a notification Connection loss where you can selected two type:
No data or No coordinates

Also you can choose different action for this notification

Hi,

So there is no possible way to create the report only for connection loss with the server?? right?
We are facing so much problem with the invalid GPS coordinates from the device so it is really hard to check each and every connection loss from the messages.If the connection loss is due to both "lost connection with server and lost satellite" and the number of times in a day is 40 count then checking this count from the messages to check whether it is due to the server connection lost or lost satellite is very time consuming.

So please do needful.

Have you tried to execute a report (which described above) Connection Problems?
