Hi,
I am trying to create a new user with determined rights at Wialon Hosting, but I When I create and give the access rights, the unit only appears at "menu units" and doesn´t appear at "menu monitoring". What´s the correct privilegie to give to the unit appear at "menu monitoring" to the new user?

To add a new unit to Monitoring panel (work list) you click button plus and then choose avialable units

At "Monitoring Menu" is working, but at "Report Menu" we encountered the same issue. It doesn´t appear the unit and the report template, just a blank drop-box, I can´t create or select the report template and the unit. I gave all access to the new user.
At parent account is working fine.

please check a access to units - Query messages or reports
Also in case with units, not all units are displayed in this dropdown list but only those which are in the work list of the Monitoring panel at the moment.
To make manipulations with reports templates, user should have at least one resource with the access right Create, edit, and delete report templates. Please check it.
