and how do i send command for engine imobilization (engine start and stop) from the web software
any other experiences using MEI devices please share

fahadakhaan,
tracking interval can be modified in MVT380 device settings, there is no direct feature in software.
But it's available to send a custom message to that tracker (in a proper format that can be found in MVT380 user guide).

Supposedly you have to send a GPRS command customized -you can find them in the communication protocol, but they have never worked, at least in my case.

I´m using the commands of the communication protocol:
A10: Track on demand
B33: Power Down Mode
C01: Output Control

Please help me
I need to setup 200 devices their are Meitrack MVT380 with temperature sensor
in meitrack MS02 platform i need to put a formula (4700*ADC1)/(1024-ADC1)/1000 and choose a Tsensor_5k
ADC1 = analog port where sensor is phisicaly connected to MVT380
Tsensor_5k is a resistance but no phisicaly present
when i do, as wialon instructions: Temperature sensor, parameter = ADC1, i got a value for example: 3.26 when the real temperature is 22 celsius
somebody can help me ???

hm, basicaly ADC value should be digital and not a voltage on Meitrack devices.
are you shure that you not already made some conversions?
ADC1 is a voltage counter, so you are mesuring the voltage of the temp sensor.
do you have a calculation table between voltage and temperature?
In Wialon you can enter very good the coresponding value table!

I use Meitrack MVT380 and connect ADC1 with fuel level sensor.
And in platform I add sensor type as Fuel level sensor and metrics is lites .
how to make fuel level chart in report ?

:-D meitrack sensor is need power source to work.
may you use 10 K resister to separate 12 V to 4 V @ sensor .
and tab adc line between 10K resister and sensor :-)

Yes you will need to add calculation table using the txt data values and ADC1 val.
