Тема: Server receiving data from device very slowly

I am testing Wialon through Trial account from last Thursday (22 July). I'm using a VT310 for this purpose. Till yesterday, everything was fine. Today I'm facing problem. Server is receiving data from the device very slowly. When I first noticed today, it was around 10:03am (GMT+06) & the last received data timestamp was 08:21am. With time, the gap is increasing. At 01:29pm, the last message timestamp was 09:12am. Now (03:54pm), the timestamp of last received message is 10:03am.Is it happening due to the update "Pack satellite monitoring Wialon on 07/28/2010"? What is the solution?

The update should not have influenced it. There were no changes done.
Maybe there is something with the equipment. Maybe the money on the SIM is over.

Tell please the ID of one of the controllers if possible.

Can't understand what you mean by ID of controller. I'm using only one VT310 for testing purpose. Asking for IMEI of VT310? It is 356896031104111.

There is no object with ID 356896031104111 in the database.
There are no messages on it in the log, too.
What "Unique ID" have you specified?  Or from what user have you created it?

First of all, I should inform that the problem has already been solved. And also note that it happened due to the tracking device.

I hope to share later... why it happened & how solved... because this may be useful for those who are using VT310.

I put 000001 in "Unique ID". I tried to put IMEI, but VT310 accepts max 14 digits in "Tracker ID" & IMEI is 15 digits.

Any suggestions?

Unique ID(server) and Tracker ID(tracker) should be the same value. You may use any value.
