I have two devices below and programmer 8.0.0.15 ,I have original cable to connect to devices and found manual for programmer set speed to 9600 but cannot connect to devices.
I have green led inside and this devices were working when it were uninstalled.
Can you help.Thanks in advance.

they have support but you are suppose to buy an integration kit that cost 800 dollars
