I am struggling with the settings on the device.
I know it works becauseI can see the cams on the HikVision platform, the issue its with Wialon, the device use the protocol JT808, and there is no to much info about the device,
The plattform says there is some other device of the same type working.
I hope somebody answer, we need the cams working.

Could you please help me with the same issue? I can't connect my AE-DI2032-G40 device. This is the configuration I currently have. Also, if possible, could you provide documentation for the correct configuration?
