Hi,

What type of sim are you using? the device should automatically pic up the APN from your sim card settings

Hello,

According to the specifications, the Micro SIM is used for the device.

In order to set APN, Open Network Parameters → 4G Network Settings.
Put APN data according to the SIM-provider instructions.
