Hello,

I'm using the Mix Telematics platform and I can add the questions and default answers before sending the trip to the driver.
please check the following photo in the attachment.
and I can add the questions on the wialon logistics app on the custom field but how to can I add default answers?

Hello,

We are looking for such implementation too. The ability to make custom status just like in wiatag. Predefined comments are a way of standardizing and eliminating typo errors. This will allow filtering per standard comment. When you click "confirm" or "reject"in the Logistics Mobile you get comments text box. There should be an option to pick predefined comments from a drop down list so as to standardize and also can use them in report filters.
