Dear all,

We stumbled on strange problem delivering notifications to users with gmail addresses. Since we upgraded from WL 2004 to 2104
our customers receiving notifications on gmail mail addresses sometime do not receive them with the following reply

Our system has detected that this message is not
    RFC 550-5.7.1 5322 compliant: duplicate headers. To reduce the amount of
    spam sent 550-5.7.1 to Gmail, this message has been blocked. Please review
    550 5.7.1  RFC 5322 specifications for more information.

This is a huge problem since this behavior is intermittent and randomly occurs time to time on notification send to gmail account.
We send 4000+ mails daily to gmail servers and all other notifications are delivered to gmail accounts without any problem.
We are using local postfix service to send notification and it is used exclusively for Wialon Local.

Does anyone else noticed such behavior and did someone managed to resolve it?

Have you contacted our support specialists via support@gurtam.com?
It seems to me, that such cases should be investigated with technies. So please add access information (urls, logins, passwords, ssh) to the email.

Firstly we recommend contacting gmail technical support.
You can collect email dumps and send them for further investigation and details of the rejection.

If the reason is related to the implementation in Wialon Local, please send your request with detailed information to the email support@gurtam.com.

Hi Dragon,

I use gmail workspace mail and I have 2-step verification activated due to force majeure, this does not allow me to send notifications by mail, do you have an idea how I have to configure it to be able to send notifications from my personalized mail, thank you very much in advance.
