Hello,

I'm trying check the device Concox JC400 on wialon hosing and active all service for video from account on CMS,

But the video button from panel is not active on web site or mobile app !!
how to can active the feature from my website and mobile app ??

It is good, that the issue has been quickly resolved. Just for the sake of informing anyone else with a similar request, the Video module was not activated for the OP's service. Such questions as activation of certain features can be discussed with the personnel managers directly or by sending a request to the support@gurtam.com
