We have a number of staff working with the CMS for customers and we need the ability to set different access rights for them, eg some staff will only have read only access for certain customers others may have it for all customers.

Hello, John. I assume your request is a bit more complicated than just providing different access rights. I am sure you know, that it is possible to add several users into an account and then provide them with the for example read only access towards subaccounts and units, other users from the same account may have edit access rights. But if you are asking this question, you probably face some issues. Please describe, in more details, what issues do you face?
