xirgo devices or BCE devices

Nowadays. our company  meets many big issues with the devices "xirgo devices or BCE devices "
why that? the story starts from that xirgo company giving one company in our region access to its site "https://xdm.xgfleet.eu/login"
the site enable this company to control in the gps devices remotely.

the issue here if you need to change the company provider for any reason. you will loose your devices

see we have more than 1000 devices of bce or xirgo. and we cant able to reconfiguration it. because we dont have access on the  site "https://xdm.xgfleet.eu/login"

so i advice any company please thinking before buying this device
