Sensolator Text of Custom Sensors

Hello,
We have a client is using a keyboard.
Depending on the number sent to the platform, it is converted into a kind of operation that each operation type has its own digital sensor.
But he needs to see easily every unit the actual operation instantly. All of this digital sensors are converted into a custom sensor for monitoring, but they doesnt provide inside sensolator the text name of the operation. As there is a lot of numbers, they cannot use in this form.
Could this function be improved?
