A most sought-out feature request we have from our partners, in Tacho view, is the ability to have license plate number shown in the app (since we have that information extracted in DDD file from driver card) and secondly to be linked directly to the main wialon application (so we have tachograph data for each vehicle indirectly to the main platform).

Unfortunately, we can't add such features in TachoView now. Tacho solution in Wialon needs many additional vital updates, and it's better to redesign the tacho solution in Wialon at all. At this time, there is no final decision about the possibility of redesigning the tacho solution and possible terms.

ok at the moment we can only see the driver details in the tacho viewer , we also need to see the vehicle details
for instance has the vehicle been driven without the card ?
some reporting functionality would be good , giving fleet managers the ability to print of driver infringements for then to sign off and debrief drivers
also the ability to look at a group of drivers at once , this will help with driver times and scheduling

Starting from February 1st, there are new regulations in the European Union concerning the location of different tachograph activities of the driver.
New tachographs (GEN2 - second generation) are with built-in GPS receiver and location of the tachograph is available.
Our question is: Is it possible developers to modify the tachoview and there the different countries to be visualized? Coordinates are available
in the ddd files we downloading from tachograph.
Competitors are having this function already implemented in their apps.

I definitely agree with this. Even when reporting issues and having given direct guidance from device manufacturers on how to fix communication issues with certain tachographs the update has taken more than half a year. I'm only given responses like soon, planned, asap, next week or questions to which I've responded in the same email
For example one of our clients has been waiting for 5 months for the following fix I've done all the research and found a solution for and communicated it multiple times to Gurtam. Only waiting for Gurtam to implement it in the authorization app.
A feature on certain tachographs called dual-authorization doesn't work unless the TCA App is updated with a documented and identified fix.
As we almost lost the client because of Gurtams inactivity we moved the client to the Ruptela server were the tacho download works perfectly. So as you see it's not our loss but Gurtams loss because now the data is handled by Ruptela servers and the client is happy.
Can you please give an approximate date when we can move the client back to Wialon?
