In wialon geofences can able to export .CSV format but on that .CSV sheet doesn't store the data of latitude, longitude, perimeter, area and radius etc.

You can export what the CSV format supports. The format does not depend on Wialon.
If you need other parameters, you can use other format for export.

Not the best options but you can Export geofences in KLM format, then launch MS Excel, select Open File, select "All File Types" (See attached image) so you can force MS Excel to open the KLM file. Once Excel opens up the KLM file then you can proceed to "Save As" in  .CSV format.
