It would be really great if we can filter messages by minimum or maximum altitude. In some cases we receive invalid messages with invalid altitude, other GNSS parameters seems logical (while those also are not valid) and the only possible way to filter such messages are to check the altitude.

If I understood correctly, then we are talking about message validity filtration. We already have a task in the list of product development proposals to add new criteria for validating messages, in particular, altitude.
We have not set a timeline for implementation yet, but I will keep you informed.
