Excessive messages on Notification

We can construct a notice in the hosted version that is triggered based on the number of messages generated. This is something I'd want to see in Pro. This would allow consumers to see where a user has made a mistake in a unit's message creation criteria. It also gives users another opportunity to manage their communication bills.
