Тема: Dashcam JC400 Configuration

Can someone provide me the files and functional instructions to update the firmare of that type of devices(JC400), I was trying with the JC100 and JC200 instructions but neither works !, Thank you.

Gracias por comentar tus inquietudes e ideas acerca de WIALON, con respecto al tema del dispositivo JC400 de Concox, recuerde que para poder ver el video en vivo en WIALON se requiere que instalen el firmware particular en el equipo:


JC400 firmware of Integration version

Version name:

KMC28_JC400_WABA_CUST_V2.0.0_200826.pac Use USB cable to upgrade
KMC28_JC400_WABA_CUST_V2.0.0_200826 Use T card to upgrade

Por favor verifique que su equipo tenga esa version del firmware sino contacten con el fabricante Concox o a soporte de Gurtam a support@gurtam.com para revisar el caso.

Igualmente adjunto un archivo con los detalles para trabajar con el dispositivo JC400 en WIALON para su revision.
