Few months back I have installed over 50 TD150 fuel sensors and the accuracy is 98% Plus.

In the reports generated by Wialon and actual report generated by fuel company are perfectly matching in all respect like liters, location, time etc.

Now the biggest concern is more than 80% of the trucks are reporting theft, when actually no theft is happening.

My doubt is, when the fillings whether it may be 10 liters or 300 liters, the values are 98% accurately captured in Wialon, then what could be the reason the system is showing theft too (when there is no theft).

It is very common situation, because high accuracy of fuel events (fillings and drains) requires low smoothing (averaging) of fuel volume data and false event appears. You can increase averaging in Wialon for fuel volume sensor to avoid false events but accuracy of real events may suffer, because start or end of this event is gonna be "smoothed".

False events highly depends on tank shape, sensor installation place and road profile (uphill/downhill).

Most likely the filtration settings need to be adjusted - an easy task when properly guided.
