I need GPS Device Name - Minitrack 2G

Dear Team
I have requirement of GPS Device which has 2 Output , One to immobilize vehicle and other to ON/OFF Buzzer installed in Car over the air .
For this I need VTS Model - Minitrack 2G .
Can any one suggest any other hardware ?
I need it in Country - India
