We have received many requests from our clients that they need a hidden version of WiaTag. They are comparing it with some competitor applications that has such feature. I can share the information of competitor application in a private message if you want.
In general, I am not sure it is legal. For sure we will not be able distribute app through Appstore or Play market
Oleg Poroshin, please check with Google easily. It should be legal as the competitor has placed the application of Google Play.
Can you share link to the Play market?
Oleg Poroshin, you are right. the application is not available in Google Play. It was previously, maybe this is related to the new Google policies.
