i want to merge back engine consumption and vehicle engine consumption in same report but problem is that when vehicle stop somewhere and start its back engine and consumption is counted as theft . I want when back engine works and its consumption not be count as theft

It seems like you use mileage-based algorithm to calculate thefts, while you should switch to the time-based algorithm and create mathematical model of correct consumption.
Well, it may sound hard, but actually it's not. Here is a video about it: https://youtu.be/lI9BUlewW9o?t=996 -- please notice fuel settings were moved into the sensor's settings.
