I am using Streamax X3-H0402. with this device I am unable to get the harsh cornering, brake, acceleration details in the eco drive reports.  please kindly help me.

Hello,

The problem must be analyzed from the beginning,

1- Does the device send the required alerts (report or parameter) on the system?
2 - Are all the unit settings entered (eco-driving)?
3- Are the report settings working properly (report Properties)?
