Goodnigth:

please we need your help to resolve a problem with Wialom Local.

-Description of the problem.:

The Notifications module only sends messages using only port 465, we need to change the port to 1025 or 587

- Taken actions:

1- The problem was reported to Support in Spanish and after reviewing several options they responded that they could not help us and sent us a Link
      so that we under OUR RESPONSIBILITY made the changes, because they were not responsible for what might happen.

2-Support I refer us to deal with the problem through the Forum.
   We made the consultations exposing the case but the final answer was that they do not know about Wialom Local, they only knew about Wialom Hosting and again they did not send Support.

3-In support they send us again now to the FORUM in ENGLISH indicating that you could help us solve the problem.

NOTE: In Version 1904 we could enter the administrator and make the changes without any problem, we already have the 2004 version and now it doesn't let us make changes.
            We have been dealing with this issue for a month and no one has been able to help us solve the problem.

We attach the link that Support sent us, we have not used it because we do not want to assume a RESPONSIBILITY that does not correspond to us.

Gracias por comentar tus inquietudes e ideas acerca de WIALON, acerca del tema que indica primero este es el foro en espanol y el foro en ingles con respecto a WIALON Local seria en esta parte, entonces le pido dejar su mensaje en el enlace para que le puedan responder:

Igualmente le sugerimos que revisen dentro de esa parte los diferentes post ya que pueden encontrar casos iguales a su tema particular.

Mediante el equipo de soporte de Gurtam, le han explicado que el producto SMTP no es un elemento propio de Gurtam, es un elemento de terceros y para su soporte o configuracion ya depende de sus desarrolladores que uds deben contactar, adicional la parte de Gurtam support le han pasado las instrucciones necesarias para hacer los cambios y los pasos a seguir para validar donde se pueden ver el error en el producto SMTP y Puerto que uds deben realizar, ya que no tienen nada relacionado con WIALON Local.
