I use logistic applications with download/upload files to driver items into order.
1. Driver can receive files and download for JPEG and PDF.
2. in IOS can download PDF but not for JPEG.
Please advice.

Good day. At the moment, the application doesn't provide the ability to download pictures (JPEG, PNG files)
You can open a picture and find all information on it.
Also, driver can take a screenshot of the screen with the required picture.
Can you tell us why do you need to download a picture?
Please give us more information about it and we will analyze this request and evaluate the possibility of implementation!

Now the Gurtam support engineer team replies to me on email regarding this issue and passes it to developpers.
Our customer survey location by drone and would like to pass the latest photo to their team via Logistic application.
