Problem with sync location

Hello,
 
We are using below API to sync location
http://193.193.165.165:21877/location/sync
API works well in many cases but sometime throughs error
 
#1 ERROR: c.b.e.a: java.net.ProtocolException: Unexpected status line: 
 
#2java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Expected URL scheme 'http' or
'https' but no colon was found
