We are the superadmin of our Hosting, but I want some colleagues not to track some cars of the company.

how can we make this¿

locationGPS, if I got you correctly you can change your colleagues access to units. That's simple. If your case is something else please explain more.

I wuold have to redo the SuperAdmin account...which I do not want to... they must be SuperAdmins aswell

locationGPS, you can create any number of users in your Top Account and you can manage these user's access.
To be honest I don't understand you, I'm not sure what is your exact problem.
