I moved your topic to the "Wialon product line and apps" category. We discuss here all the ideas on how to improve the system.
In the post by the link, we have recommendations on how to write proposals. Before we take any idea for realization we should get information about cases, issues and value of it. The post says how to write a proposal so we won't have any questions.

Concerning your topic, I have the following questions. Registration number and model is the information from Units Profile. In other words, you want to see Profile field values in the report. Could you please share how do you think it should look like? E.g., in a Trips report. We have a list of trips (date, mileage, final location, etc.) and how we can connect profile data to these trips?
What do you mean by "Make," "Department Name," "Transport Officer"? Are these Custom fields values? We don't have such fields in Wialon by default.
And for sure, we won't add any information to all tables. If no one is going to use them there, then such improvement will be useless.  Please, specify the tables you use and how would you use the suggested new information? What profit will you or our clients get with it?

The attached report looks like a standard Wialon report that you can build now. And it doesn't contain requested in your first post information like Vehicle Registration Number or Model.
Also, the example doesn't explain the reasons for having or not information there. So I should remind my previous ask to explain the value for your customers of requested functions.

May I summarise that you want to see in report tables information from the unit's Profile tab (Registration plate, Make and Model)? The reason: the client had this information before so he used to it.
