Hello Gurtam friends,
We confirmed an important factor concerning Logistics app that you should be aware.  We had assumed, as I think others might that without warehouse parameter selected, routes would be created and vehicles automatically  assigned based upon closest vehicle.  This is not the case.  When testing with a small number of vehicles and orders it may seem like it is assigning to closest vehicle, but we confirmed it is random. This is an important point to be aware of when talking with customers that may expecting such functionality. We are told this feature will be added at some point in the future.

hello, everybody - that is planned as a part of Logistics but currently we cannot share any estimation on this. When we talk about planning it is important to think of something that is coming in future and not about something right at the moment - that is why that was not considered on the first run of the optimising mechanism. Greg, we spoke at telematics and believe me - your proposal is not forgotten and will be in the app. Just follow update notes - BTW next release is coming in few days.

Hi serd  , in logistics web, there's a way to create sku's(Stock-keeping uni) to the orders and registry quantity of  deliveries per
piece or KG ?
i need to do that but i'm not sure if it's possible in the logistics app, if it's possible ¿where i create or add sku to the logistics orders in the logistics web panel ?

I would really appreciate your help to resolve this doubt, THANKS !

andresapodaca38 hello. Try to refer to the options in the user settings - they are intended for that. Measurement system if I recall it right.

hi, everyone - that is arranged as a piece of Logistics yet right now we can't share any estimation on this.
