Hello,

We were creatng objects correctly BUt from 5 December this call is not being working correctly..

could you check if sopehitng was changed pleasE?

there is not element (user) with such id (20339996) in system (Wialon Hosting). Please recheck user's id

Hi!

there is real user.
you can execute request search item by ID to get detailed information about this user
This user doesn't have access to create elements, so it's possible to create units under parent account (login under parent account, then execute request to create unit by this user-creator)
