Novatel SA2100 Devices

Hello, we have about 1400 unused Novatel 4G LTE WIFI devices with unopened batteries, brackets, wiring harnesses. From the documentation the units have sensitive GPS and 3 Axis capabilities.  We are thinking these could be used without the WIFI as just a tracking option.  The current harness is for 3 wire install. Has anyone ever looked at these before? Can they be used on Wialon?
