Short way to development

Hello everyone. I come to you guys for help because I have a client who wants to start developing some things on their own, as this is of interest to me and I volunteered to help go faster with this guiding your programmer in a shorter way. I ask your help to help him create a link on his own system so he can see on a new screen or even a popup the location of a vehicle of his.
