Can i export the messages from a unit and shift the time and date then import it again to the same or other units?

You can export messages to wln, it is simple text format, for example:

REG;1565702983;37.5176083333;55.77732;6;200;ALT:288.0;SATS:7;test:"asd";;;
REG;1565703007;37.5176083333;55.77732;6;93;ALT:288.0;SATS:7;;;;

Then edit time (second column, unix-time) and import back.
