Hello,

Currently I am using below API to get creator_id

http://track.gearsivms.com/wialon/ajax.html?svc=core/search_items&params={"spec":{"itemsType":"avl_resource","propName":"sys_name","propValueMask":"pdotest","sortType":"sys_name"},"force":1,"flags":5,"from":0,"to":0}&sid=23534096c60dd259af15ddc6bf595b3a

I have used "crt" field for creator id, but it gives me {"error" : 6} i.e. unknown error while passing in below create_tour API.

Please suggest me that which creator id we should use in create_tour API ?

Hello Samir,

error 6 can means that there is not access to action, or some issue in hierarchy

please check that user under which you create a route has access to create routes, and also there is activated  service Route on his account
Also the same you need to check for parent user (account) of this user , to check all hierarchy up
