Hello, is there any possibility of using HTTP APIs to send SMS alerts and notifications from Wialon to users.

Hello. Wialon Hosting has SMS tool to send sms directly to specified phone numbers.
It uses user/send_sms request that you can use.

As I understood nasnew is talking about a way to send SMS via HTTP API not SMPP! In many countries most of bulk SMS providers doesn't provide SMPP gateway access and the only way is sending bulk SMS via HTTP API.
