hello,please I would like to know if it's normal for a unit take a long time before appearing on Wialon because when I create and configure a unit sometimes it takes 30 minutes to 1 hour or more before displaying

It doesn't look like a normal case.
You should send a request to support@gurtam.com and mention the ID of the unit and exact date and time, when it was connected.

Good morning
Sometimes depends on what kind of devices is installed and how is configurated.
The starting delayed was detected on my own, and we fixed it with a new configuration of the devices.
