If you mean Route like here list of the routes on the left 
you can execute request search_items, element ( (field “itemsType”) avl_route to get full list of routes with required information (flags)

we need from logistics.gearsivms.com. please check attached screen shots.
From screenshot, how can i get that list of routes from which API ?
To get list of routes which already created in Logistics app you need to execute GET request /api/routes . Please look here description (page 3)
